Data deletion
Remove data from your connected accounts, or check a Meta deletion request.
You can remove the data NOWScale stores for a connected Instagram, Facebook or Threads account at any time:
- Open NOWScale → Channels and disconnect the account, or delete your NOWScale account from Settings. Either removes the stored tokens and cached data for that channel immediately.
- Or remove NOWScale from your Meta account’s Settings → Apps and Websites, or for Threads, from Settings → Account → Website permissions in Threads. When Meta sends us a deletion request, you land on this page with a confirmation code.
For any other account you connect, such as YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Twitch, Google Business Profile or an ad account, disconnect it in NOWScale: on Channels, or for ad accounts on the Ads page under Manage ad accounts. Disconnecting deletes its stored tokens and data. Our Privacy Policy explains, network by network, what is deleted and how to revoke our access at the network itself.
