Three views keep the work clear: Needs reply, All comments and Moderation. Approve, hide, remove or ban in bulk where the network allows it, and mark threads that need no reply.

Draft a reply with AI

Click Draft with AI on a comment. If a detail is missing, the AI asks you first. Then you edit the draft and send it.

Hand replies to an agent

On supported channels, an AI agent drafts replies in your voice and flags comments for you. On paid plans, it can also send and moderate on its own.
