Teams

Give every person the access they need, and nothing more.

Workspaces hold your people and channels. Projects group channels by brand or client. Roles decide who can draft, publish, analyze or answer comments.

What is Teams?

Teams is how NOWScale organizes people, channels and permissions for agencies, brands and media groups.

Seven roles

Project manager, Publisher, Contributor, Approver, Analyst, Community manager and Viewer. Custom roles start from a built-in baseline and never exceed it.

A Project per brand or client

Each Project has its own channels, calendar, content, comments and Blueprints. Move a channel between Projects when a client changes.

Invite with scope

Invite by email and choose the Projects, functions and channels the person can reach. Seats are counted as you go.

Features in Teams

Teams is built for shared channels and clear responsibility. Here is what is inside:

People, seats and invitations

Active members with their roles, pending invitations and the seat summary of your plan.

Perks of Teams

Structure that scales from two people to a portfolio of brands.

  • Projects

Channels, calendar, comments and assets scoped per brand or client.

  • Channel-level access

Invite someone to specific channels, not the whole Workspace.

  • Connections in one place

Connect, reconnect, focus and move accounts between Projects.

  • Audit log

Membership, billing and limit changes with the actor recorded.

  • Step-up verification

Sensitive changes ask for a fresh sign-in first.

  • Portfolio view

Every Workspace you manage, with channels, scheduled and failed posts.

Common questions

Can a client see only their own channels?

Yes. Put their channels in a Project and invite them as Viewer or Analyst on that Project. They never see other Projects.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove the member or cancel the invitation. Channels stay connected to the Workspace because access goes through NOWScale, never through shared passwords.

How many seats do I get?

Seats depend on your plan. The Members page shows how many are occupied, and pending invitations to billable roles reserve a seat.
